Made from ceramic, the top of the carousel lifts off it's base, which has the bulb holder (normal bayonet fitting bulb, but 15w max) All over it sit small plastic 'bulbs' which glow when the light is switched on, and a empty hole at the top for a beam of clear light Made by Arthur Wood in the UK, they come in the original boxes, which say 'Dreamlite' by Dronafix .
